Terms of service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
About these terms
These terms cover the website and general engagement process of Wonpost, a business systems studio based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada.
Client work runs under a signed agreement and statement of work. Those documents set out the scope, deliverables, fees, timing, support and responsibilities. They take precedence over these website terms if there is a difference.
Making an enquiry
Provide accurate information and contact us only for a business you are authorized to represent. Sending the form or an email does not start an engagement, reserve capacity, authorize a charge or give us access to your accounts.
We confirm the proposed work and its terms before it starts. Any examples on this website illustrate possible builds. They are not client results or a promise that a particular system can be connected without review.
Scope, fees and changes
We agree the scope and price in writing before work begins. Payment schedules, acceptance criteria, support arrangements, cancellation and any refunds are governed by your signed agreement and statement of work.
A change to the agreed scope may change the price or timing. We confirm that change with you before proceeding with the additional work.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, the access needed for agreed work and timely decisions. You must have authority to grant access to each system and the right to provide or use the data involved, including any notices or consent required by law.
Keep your accounts secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Follow applicable laws and the terms of the services your business uses. Do not provide sensitive information that the agreed work does not require.
Ownership and client information
Your data and accounts remain yours. The agreement records your ownership of code written for you and the rights needed to use the completed work.
General-purpose tools we use across projects remain ours, with a permanent licence for you to use them as part of what we build for you. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Ownership and handover details are set out in the agreement.
We use client information only to deliver and support the agreed work. Our privacy policy and Security and data page explain how we handle website enquiries and client information.
Results and service availability
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, advertising performance, a particular return on spend or any other business result. Outcomes depend on factors beyond the work we deliver, including your data, decisions, market and connected systems.
Systems may be affected by interruptions, changes to connected services or account permissions, and other events outside our control. Any service levels or support commitments must be stated in the signed agreement.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Wonpost and make a legitimate enquiry. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate someone else, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website or its security.
Website content is provided for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but it may change and is not a substitute for the scope and terms agreed for your project. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse or protect the website.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided as available without additional warranties. Wonpost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Liability for client work is governed by the signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights you have under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We update the date above when these website terms change. Changes to an existing client engagement follow the change process in its signed agreement.
The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
